UCS completes an “adventurous year”

With the 2011 drawing to a close, Executive Vice President Abhijit Dhumne spent a few moments reflecting on the past year’s many accomplishments, remarking that it has been an “adventurous year” for the company. Among the new contracts awarded to UCS were projects with the Peace Corps for Organizational Change Management Support Services; the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide Military Culture Training; and the Northern Regional Medical Command for a web-based data tracking and analysis system and support services.

UCS also earned a strategic win with an award under the General Services Administration’s (GSA) 8(a) STARS II contracting vehicle. This contract allows numerous Government agencies to award task orders to UCS for the potential 10-year life of the contract.

This increase in business in 2011 helps UCS accomplish our goals of providing innovative solutions to Government, being on the cutting-edge of product and service development for the industry, and helping to reinvigorate the American economy by providing high-quality employment opportunities.
