To lead UCS into the next 15 years of success, UCS has tapped former Director of Federal Acquisitions Mr. Erik Necciai as UCS’s new Executive Vice President. In his new role, Mr. Necciai will be responsible for overseeing UCS’s corporate direction and strategy, focusing primarily on strategy, leadership development, innovation, and our customers.
Mr. Necciai has been with UCS for over seven years, developing a wealth of knowledge in both business and federal contracting. Over the years, he has been intricately involved in setting UCS’s strategic vision, mission, and goals, and has been a critical contributor to the company’s overall growth. In addition to his time at UCS, Mr. Necciai has worked with both small and large businesses as well as the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, where he developed legislation in the areas of procurement, acquisitions, contracting, technology, and innovation.
