UCS provides support across the globe

For many years, UCS has worked alongside the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) to develop the Limited Duty Sailor and Marine Readiness Tracker (LIMDU SMART) application – a business intelligence solution designed to utilize automated workflows to track, in real-time, the status of Sailors and Marines recovering from a duty-limiting illness or injury.

This year, our team has traveled across the country and around the world to provide LIMDU SMART training and implementation support at 26 Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) within the Navy Medicine enterprise. Most recently, several team members traveled to MTFs in Yokosuka and Okinawa in Japan, while other team members set off to support and train new users in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Congratulations to the team for all of their hard work and success!
