UCS expands presence at TATRC

The Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC), a subordinate element of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC), is an intramural lab that focuses on research in telemedicine and advanced medical technologies.  Its mission is to exercise fiduciary responsibility and quality assurance for all assigned medical research and development (R&D) funds, as well as to conduct research in the areas of computational biology, medical modeling and simulation, healthcare information technology, and operational telemedicine.

In addition to our existing IM/IT support at TATRC, UCS was recently awarded a contract that expanded our services to provide financial, administration, and management support elements – ultimately helping TATRC bring forth research focused on advanced medical technologies and telehealth solutions for the Warfighter. “UCS has been a strong presence within the military medical and healthcare research community for many years now,” commented Jon Bolling, UCS’s VP of IT Operations and Development. “We are very proud to continue growing our role at TATRC by providing subject matter experts in management and financial support.”
