  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

    We offer three different medical insurance options, two dental insurance options and one vision insurance option through UnitedHealthcare. Our employees’ portions are paid with pretax dollars for all plans. These benefits start on the first day of the month following the date of hire.

  • Short-term and long-term disability

    We provide short- and long-term disability insurance through UnitedHealthcare, starting on the first day of the month following the date of hire – with absolutely no expense to our employees.

  • Life insurance and AD&D plan

    We provide life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) plans through UnitedHealthcare at little to no cost to our employees, starting on the first day of the month following their date of hire. We also have supplemental life insurance available at group rates for employee, spouse and children.

  • Critical illness and accident insurance

    Employees can elect voluntary critical illness insurance and voluntary accident insurance provided by UnitedHealthcare. Both compliment medical coverage for employee, spouse and children.

  • Flexible spending accounts

    We provide our employees with a plan to use pretax dollars to pay for many applicable medical expenses not covered by insurance, as well as dependent care and parking/transit costs.

  • 401(k) retirement plan

    Our employees have the option of investing pretax income in a UCS-sponsored 401(k) account through Principal. Plan options offer a selection of mutual funds, covering virtually every investing objective and style. We also include an employer match, for which all employees are eligible after six months of employment with the company .

  • Education reimbursement

    UCS is a strong supporter of employees pursuing additional formal education in an effort to enhance knowledge and skills, thus improving their potential for future opportunities. UCS offers education benefits for graduate and undergraduate work for full-time employees who have been at UCS for at least six months.

  • Paid time off

    We value work-life balance. Full-time, regular employees earn vacation, floating holidays, and sick time throughout the year, allowing for maximum flexibility in planning your life outside of UCS. UCS also offers paid parental leave after the birth or adoption of a child.

  • Bonus plan

    We love to recognize our employees for their hard work! On an annual basis, we consider employees for merit bonuses based on their performance and UCS’s profitability.

    Employees are also eligible to receive spot awards throughout the year for contributions that exceed our high performance standards.

  • Laptop and cell phone

    Depending on contract requirements and management needs, we issue a laptop to eligible employees to maximize coordination and collaboration for on- and off-site project work. Employees may be reimbursed for all or part of their cell phone expenses.

  • Business casual attire

    Having a business casual dress code allows our team to work comfortably and creatively at the office.
