Vice President of Finance and Accounting
David Mai is the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at UCS. David oversees the entire accounting and finance functions for UCS, including day to day accounting operations, financial reporting, banking activities, and various audit requirements. He has almost 25 years of government contracting experience, including nearly 20 years of senior level management experience. He has extensive knowledge working with Deltek Costpoint, DCAA compliance and reporting, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and Cost Accounting Standards.
Prior to joining UCS in 2015, David worked as the Director of General Ledger Accounting at ICF International and as the Controller at QVine Corporation.
David holds a B.S. Degree from George Mason University.
