
Jennifer Dugan
Director of Programs
As a Director of Programs at UCS, Jennifer Dugan is responsible for the execution of multiple projects and programs supporting DoD and Federal Civilian customers in a variety of IT service areas including integration development, application support, application development, and data center operations.
Jennifer has over 10 years of Government project management experience and over 17 years of experience supporting DoD IT programs with an expertise in requirements analysis and management. She was instrumental in leading the company toward CMMI Level 3 Certification at both the project and organization level in 2014 and assisted in the recertification effort in 2017. Prior to joining UCS in 2002, Jennifer served as a consultant with AMS-CGI on the DoD Standard Procurement System (SPS) Program. In addition to the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Jennifer holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from George Washington University.
