Jennifer Reed

Vice President, Operations

Jennifer Reed is vice president – Operations.  She leads talent management, human resources, proposal management, and quality assurance on service delivery.

Previously, she served as director – Programs and led multiple program management and policy development efforts for UCS’s government customers and industry partners.  With more than 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jennifer has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Springfield College.  She began her career as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy and served myriad positions of increased leadership and responsibility for two and a half decades.

Jennifer recently returned to UCS after completing a two-year military recall at the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery.  As a Director under Total Force (Manpower, Personnel Training, and Education), she analyzed manpower activities to support Navy plans and coordinated changes in manpower authorizations and end-strength to ensure the safe and effective delivery of operational medicine capabilities.  In addition, she managed world-wide assignments for Reserve medical personnel and led enterprise-wide manpower studies to inform decisions on organizational structural changes and strategic utilization of Reserve Component personnel.

In her current capacity, Jennifer is highly dedicated to UCS’s talent and quality of services – for its our people who deliver innovative solutions that enable our clients to transform their missions into reality.
