
Mary Englehart
Director of Programs
As a Director of Programs at UCS, Mary Englehart is responsible for the execution of multiple projects and programs supporting the Military Health System (MHS) across numerous health administration and health IT solutions areas, including healthcare operations, health policy and management, medical readiness, and health analytics.
Mary has over 5 years of public sector project management experience, and over 13 years of experience supporting the MHS with business strategy, program design and implementation, data analysis, quality management, and performance improvement. She was instrumental in building a from-scratch operational framework to execute supplemental funding in support of combat casualty care and Wounded Ill and Injured (WII) initiatives – to include full lifecycle portfolio management (e.g., proposal, resourcing, implementation, assessment/evaluation, and close-out) and coordination of a diverse team of experts from multiple functional areas (e.g., financial, acquisitions, clinical). Additionally, she managed a team of specialized subject matter experts in providing healthcare business and medical readiness consulting across an array of programs – to include disability evaluation, referral management, patient administration, family readiness, TRICARE policy and procedures, and more. In addition to her years of practical experience in the industry, Mary holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
